Do you want to take a key role in one of the largest consumer businesses in the Nordics? Do you want to be responsible for growth across the Nordic markets in both new and established sales channels by developing and executing on strategy closely aligned with the business area? This is a great opportunity to shape the future of Consumer Customer Acquisition while building even stronger customer relationships. Together with the team of consumer business professionals and great colleagues across the Nordics, you will ensure that we are placing our customers in the center of everything we do.
The role will be based at one of our offices in Espoo, Stockholm, Göteborg, Oslo or Kristiansand.
About the role- Develop growth within new and established sales channels and customer concepts.
- Orchestrate the work internally as well as with external stakeholders.
- Keep an updated overview on development pipe-line for Growth initiatives.
- Ensure both the needs for customers, sales volumes and cost are met in new customer growth.
- Manage the area in the Nordics, reaching short- and long-term targets.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and tailoring our sales activities to support it.
- We believe that you have 5-8 years of experience as a sales manager, marketing manager, business manager, management consultant or similar roles, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- You are customer centric, data driven and result oriented with demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- You have leadership experience, and you are skilled in change management.
- Your way of working is structured and agile. Of course, you are sharing and living our company values while inspiring and engaging your colleagues to perform in the best possible way.
- For this role, it is also preferable that you have a relevant University degree.
- Finally, you are fluent in English while Norwegian, Swedish or Finnish skills are considered an advantage.
