Om jobben

Customer Onboarding Teamet jobber med å hjelpe nye kunder med å implementere våre SaaS-produkter, og gi veiledning til kunder om forberedelser for å gå "live", planlegging og administrering av produktopplæring for kunder. Teamet er også ansvarlig for planlegging og gjennomføring av opplæring og gi rådgivning for eksisterende kunder når det selges gjennom Professional Services.

Som Customer Onboarding Consultant vil du hjelpe og veilede kunder med implementasjon, og planlegge og administrere opplæring av kunden. Du vil bli del av et internasjonalt og voksende Onboarding-team, og sammen med dyktige og hyggelige kolleger i Inspera vil du bidra til at kunder får mest mulig ut av våre tjenester og produkter. Stillingen er ett års engasjement med mulighet for forlengelse.

Ansvarsoppgaver

  1. Sikre en vellykket onboarding av kunder til relevante Inspera SaaS produkter ved å hjelpe og veilede dem.
  2. Fungere som hovedkontaktpunkt for daglig kundeinteraksjon ved spørsmål og hjelp om produktene under implementasjonsfasen av prosjektene.
  3. Veilede kunder ved å planlegge og utføre all relevant produktopplæring basert på vårt "Train-the-Trainer"-konsept med støtte fra nettbaserte opplæringsressurser.
  4. Hjelpe til med å forbedre Inspera Onboarding-metodikken ved å identifisere behov og lage relevant opplæringsmateriale og dokumentasjon som forbedrer kundeopplevelsen.
  5. Arbeide tett med våre Salgs-, Utvikling- og Produktteam.
