Som Sales Support Specialist i Glava, Gyproc og Weber blir du en strategisk støttespiller for vekst. Du vil styrke vårt arbeid innen salg og markedsføring, samt øke bevisstheten rundt våre produkter og sikre at våre løsninger når ut til et bredere publikum i bygg- og anleggsbransjen, nasjonalt og internasjonalt. Sammen skal vi jobbe med å fremme innovative løsninger som sparer energi og påvirker til en grønnere fremtid. Hvis du motiveres av å skape magi mellom salg og markedsavdelingen, samt sikre effektiv vekst for kunder gjennom målrettede initiativer burde du lese videre.

Du vil bli en strategisk støttespiller for vekst, bidra til å utvikle oss til å bli den beste markedsavdelingen i bransjen, i Norge, og utforme nye konsepter som skiller oss fra konkurrentene. Som Sales Support Specialist hos oss vil du ha en nøkkelrolle for å sikre at vi bidrar til at våre kunder oppnår vekst gjennom gode aktiviteter, være seg JM aktiviteter, eventer / messer, og rett tilgang til selgende produktinformasjon. Du vil koordinere aktiviteter mellom ulike salgsavdelinger og jobbe tett med Marketing Managers for merkevarene Glava, Gyproc og Weber. I rollen får du helhetsansvaret for messer og eventer. Oppgavene er mangfoldige, men periodisert, her er de viktigste:
- Initiere, lede og organisere aktiviteter med salg for å bidra til vekst for våre kunder
- Utvikling, koordinering og gjennomføring av messekonsepter
- Sikre berikelse av produktdata og dokumentasjon i systemer som NOBB, CoBuilder, PIM etc.
- Sikre at salgsorganisasjonen alltid har tilgang til siste tilgjengelig salgsmateriell gjennom Showpad.

Vi er utpreget teamorientert og forventer at kollegaer bidrar til å løfte hverandre og gjennom godt samarbeid med både leverandører og interne stakeholders. Personen må kommunisere godt med ulike interessenter, ha sterkt kundefokus, og være strukturert. Følgende kvalifikasjoner vil verdsettes:
- Minimum 3 års erfaring fra tilsvarende rolle, eventkoordinering og planlegging
- Forståelse av hvordan man setter kunden i sentrum
- Erfaring med prosess- og prosjektledelse
