- Leid digitalisering met ons Apple-team en geïntegreerde devices voor bedrijfsverbeteringen.

Binnen ons Apple team onder leiding van Gerben Boom en twee Team Managers, hechten we niet alleen veel aandacht aan de werkprestaties, maar ook aan het teamgevoel. Naast leuke teambuildings, organiseren we elk kwartaal terugblikken om samen verder te bouwen aan ons succes. Tijdens die momenten krijgen alle teamleden de vrijheid om creatieve manieren te bedenken om de Apple business van Dustin te boosten. Deze ideeën worden dan ook omgezet naar praktijk. Dit versterkt niet alleen onze teamgeest, maar zorgt ook voor innovatieve oplossingen die verder gaan dan de traditionele aanpak. Jouw rol en invloed als Apple Sales Consultant
Verantwoordelijkheid: Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid om organisaties te begeleiden in hun digitaliseringstraject door middel van het doeltreffend integreren van Apple devices. Dit doe je door middel van jouw deskundig advies en kennis rondom Apple devices en diensten.
Samenwerking: Om jouw doelen te bereiken werk je nauw samen met verschillende collega's binnen Dustin. Door de juiste collega's aan te haken in het proces richting de klant, zorg je voor een naadloze ervaring en klantbeleving.
Kernactiviteiten:
- 80% van de tijd ben je onderweg naar en in contact met je klanten en prospects om het uitgebreid te hebben over nieuwe deals, projecten en mogelijkheden.
- Je initieert afspraken door proactief leads te genereren en op te volgen, zowel vanuit sales als via samenwerkingen met Apple.
- Daarnaast ben je actief betrokken bij diverse projecten binnen het Apple team ter ondersteuning van de algemene doelstellingen.

Voor deze specifieke functie kun je het volgende verwachten:
- Thuiswerkvergoeding van 80 euro netto, maandelijks uitbetaald.
- Woon-werkverkeervergoeding.
- 12 ADV dagen.
- Volledig betaalde hospitalisatie- en tandverzekering via DKV.
- Bedrijfswagen.

De nieuwste Apple producten heb jij allang in je bezit en als er iemand in jouw omgeving een vraag heeft over het gebruik van een iPhone, iPad of MacBook dan weet jij altijd het antwoord. Succesvol in deze functie word je als je creatieve ideeën hebt, mogelijkheden ziet en samen met je team voor het beste resultaat gaat. Wij denken dat je een nieuwsgierig en gedreven persoon bent, met goede communicatieve vaardigheden, ondernemende skills en accuratesse.
Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat:
- Je een bachelor werk- en denkniveau hebt.
- Ervaring met het integreren, ondersteunen en het oplossen van problemen met Apple producten.
- Gedegen kennis van macOS, iOS, iPadOS en tvOS.
- Ervaring met het gebruik van de Mobile Device management tool Jamf en Microsoft Intune.
