Som Customer Service Support har du ansvar for kundeoppfølging på nye og eksisterende avtaler knyttet opp mot våre produkter. Service står sterkt i fokus og du har som ansvar for å sørge for god service og kundebehandling for at koordineringen av salg av maskiner går sømløst.

Det er da naturlig at du også vil ha tett samarbeid og dialog med våre salgsrepresentanter ute i distrikter, hvor du bistår med salgsstøtte.

Vi ser etter en kollega som er resultat- og kvalitetsbevisst i arbeidet sitt, ønsker å yte god service til kunder og gi god salgsstøtte innen salgsavdelingen.

Du vil ha ditt daglige virke på hovedkontoret vårt på Hagan, men ha tett samarbeid og kontakt med våre salgsrepresentanter ute i distrikter.

Vi tror du trives med strukturert og selvstendig arbeid, hvor du liker å ta stort eierskap til arbeidet ditt. Du er god på å strukturere og effektivisere hverdagen din, og vet hvordan du prioriterer arbeidsoppgaver godt i en hektisk hverdag.

Hovedarbeidsoppgaver Vil Være

  • Ansvar for kundeoppfølging på nye og eksisterende avtaler
  • Kvalitetssikre/Koordinere klargjøring av nye maskiner inkl. dokumentgodkjenning og leveranser av maskiner ut til kunder
  • Enkel saksbehandling
  • Ansvar for markedsføring av produkter på ulike digitale plattformer
  • Mindre prosjektarbeid
  • Planlegge og samordne all salgsvirksomhet i avtalte distrikter
  • Sette og igangsette salgsmål, budsjetter og utvikle salgsvirksomheten i området stillingen har fått ansvaret for
  • Være proaktiv og søken etter nye forretningsmuligheter
  • Bruk av og oppdatering av interne systemer
  • Ansvarlig for å sikre effektiv behandling av henvendelser/bestillinger
  • Opprettholder gode kundeforhold og sørger for oppdatert kunnskap om kundenes behov
  • Kunne veilede og rådføre kunder og medarbeider.

  • Relevant kompetanse gjerne med teknisk bakgrunn
  • Gode IT-ferdigheter, gjerne øye for markedsføring og kommersiell teft
  • Lidenskap for salg og maskiner
  • Kreativ forretningshodet og løsningsorientert
  • Strukturert og analytiske ferdigheter
  • En sterk lagspiller og liker å jakte resultater alene og sammen som lag
  • Har stor gjennomføringsevne
  • Selvstendig, proaktiv og er uredd til å ta initiativ
  • Nysgjerrig, ivrig og sulten på å gjøre en forskjell
  • Gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter, både norsk og engelsk
  • Gjerne erfaring fra reklamasjonsbehandling.
