Job Description:- We are looking for a customer support specialist who can identify customers' needs and deliver appropriate solutions, including sales.
- The successful candidate will guide customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handle transactions, and provide resolution to inquiries in a timely manner.
- They will assist customers to place an order and related issues.
The ideal candidate will have a good command of English (B2+) and sales experience with consumer products and services will be an asset. They should also possess technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems, advanced internet research skills, and an empathetic soul with communication skills that match.
