About this opportunity: Vice President of Organizational Development
This role is all about being at the heart of our transformation, shaping an environment where both individuals and the organization can achieve their fullest potential. While overseeing a team responsible for Learning & Leadership Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Employee Experiences, you will drive a cohesive growth strategy focused on enhancing our organizational culture and development.

Further, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Being an integral leader within the Organization Department leadership team, managing the Domain budget, setting OKRs, and collaborating with other Org. domain leaders such as Talent Acquisition, People, Global Expansion, and Workplace Experience.
- Collaboratively working with the Org. Dev. team to identify and implement sustainable development aligned with company strategy and goals.
- You will guide your team in setting the direction to effectively manage changes, both within the team and across the organization, in line with our ongoing transformation.
- Positioning the Org. Dev. team as an influential voice within the company, ensuring it becomes the go-to team for support and guidance through changes, transformation, and growth.
You bring extensive experience in leading an efficient Organizational Development team through periods of transformation and growth in an international environment. Your hands-on expertise allows you to hit the ground running, with a strong execution mindset. You excel in positioning your team as a critical resource within the organization, while maintaining a strategic business focus. You possess a proven track record of coaching and collaborating being a sparring partner for team members and colleagues across the organization.
Managerial Competency: You are skilled at managing and developing high-performing teams, fostering an environment of trust, accountability, and open communication.
Stakeholder Engagement: You excel in collaborating with senior leaders, presenting impactful business cases, and securing their engagement and commitment.
Trusted Advisor: You are a trusted advisor in your area of expertise, with an advisory mindset you effectively represent the Org. Dev. Department in a senior leadership setting.
Analytical Skills: You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate results into measurable performance indicators and outcomes.
International Experience: It is beneficial if you have successfully facilitated organizational growth in a global landscape, incorporating new entities and ensuring their success.
