We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial division, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to generate new business and deepen relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing clients.">
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and maintain revenue streams with existing and new clients by leveraging the value proposition of our products and services.">
  • Product Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain products that meet the evolving needs of our clients.">
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, identifying opportunities to grow and deepen these relationships.">
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on market trends and developments, identifying opportunities to leverage these insights into sales activities.">
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure seamless delivery of our products and services to clients, addressing any potential issues and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.">
  • Value Proposition: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure our value proposition is comprehensive and aligned with client needs.">

Your Profile

">
  • Proven experience in product management, business development, or sales support roles.">
  • Deep understanding of Euronext's market model, rule book, service offer, the buy-side and sell-side landscape.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the client's organization.">
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.">
  • Exceptional written and oral presentation skills, combining attention to detail with a broader strategic perspective.">
  • Effective project management skills: ability to leverage internal and external relationships, autonomy, and determination to drive forward projects.">
  • Collaborative, open-minded, pragmatic, customer-focused, and data-driven approach to work.">
  • Pan-European business experience – developing products in multiple geographic locations.">
