Skanol er en av Nordens største leverandører av komplette logistikkløsninger innenfor distribusjon av farlig gods på tankvogn. Vi har fokus på hele verdikjeden. Med utgangspunkt i våre kunders behov utvikler vi knowhow, prosesser, informasjonsteknologi og medarbeidere som bidrar til optimal styring av forsyningskjeden i spesielle kundetilpassede løsninger, med fokus på sikre og effektive transport- og logistikkløsninger innenfor farlig gods.

Skanol har aktiviteter i Danmark, Norge og Sverige med utgangspunkt fra kontorer i Aarhus, Gøteborg, Oslo og Lena med over 225 egne tankbiler i vår trafikk. Vi sysselsetter over 450 egne ansatte i tillegg til et større antall undertransportører, hvorav ca. 100 tankbiler og ca. 150 egne ansatte i Norge.

Country Manager

Som Country Manager for Skanol Norge vil du ha det overordnede ansvaret for all virksomhet i Norge, med fullt ansvar for både resultater og lønnsomhet (P&L). Du vil jobbe tett med konsernledelsen og være en viktig del av et sterkt nordisk lederteam. Stillingen byr på varierte arbeidsoppgaver på strategisk, taktisk og operativt nivå, og du vil ha en nøkkelrolle både internt og eksternt, med mange kontaktpunkter i organisasjonen og med eksterne samarbeidspartnere.

Dine ansvarsområder

  • Kundeansvar: Daglig dialog med kundene i Norge, med jevnlig oppfølging av driftsmål og kvalitet, samt møter for å sikre best mulig kundetilfredshet.
  • Leverandøransvar: Forhandle og følge opp kontrakter med underleverandører, etablere nye samarbeidsavtaler og delta aktivt i statusmøter.
  • Driftsansvar: Ansvar for den daglige driften av selskapet i Norge, inkludert optimal ressursutnyttelse og kontinuerlig forbedring av driftsprosesser.
  • Personalansvar: Lede, utvikle og rekruttere medarbeidere, både for egen flåte og innleide transportører. Du vil være tett på sjåførene i det daglige for å sikre god drift og medarbeidertilfredshet.
  • Effektivisering: Aktivt jobbe med prosjekter for å øke lønnsomheten og konkurranseevnen i et krevende marked.
  • Strategisk ledelse: Bidra til utvikling og gjennomføring av Skanol Norges strategi, og sikre at selskapet når sine vekstmål.
  • Rapportering: Månedlig rapportering til administrerende direktør, inkludert oppfølging av KPI-er og identifisering av avvik.

Du er en inspirerende og inkluderende leder som evner å motivere medarbeidere på alle nivåer, både administrativt og operativt. I tillegg har du solid erfaring og kompetanse innen følgende områder:

  • Omfattende ledererfaring innen logistikk og transport, gjerne som daglig leder, driftssjef eller i en lignende lederrolle.
  • Erfaring med prosjektledelse og implementering av endringer, inkludert kulturbygging.
  • Sterk forretningsforståelse og evne til å vurdere både risikoer og muligheter i driften.
  • Evne til å lede og utvikle medarbeidere på alle nivåer, både white-collar og blue-collar.
  • Erfaring med kontraktsforhandlinger, oppfølging av underleverandører og utarbeidelse av avtaler.
  • God forståelse av verdikjeden i transport og logistikk, samt erfaring med IT-baserte verktøy som støtter driften.
  • Erfaring med effektivisering og kontinuerlig forbedring av prosesser.
