Office Assistant

Vi har nylig flyttet inn i nye lokaler i Wergelandsveien 7 og i den forbindelse ser vi et stort behov for en Office Assistant som får ansvaret for kontordriften og fellesområder.
Hovedfokuset vil være å holde høy grad av service både til kollegaer og besøkende, samt å skape god atmosfære i fellesområdene. Hos oss handler det ikke bare om å holde ting organisert, men å gi det lille ekstra og skape et miljø hvor våre ansatte trives og kan yte sitt aller beste.
Ansvarsområder:- sørge for at møterom er klare inkl. kaffe/mineralvann og bestilling av møteromsmat v/behov
- ajourhold av tjenesteleverandører herunder oppfølging av evt. reklamasjoner
Hos oss vil du få styre hverdagen din selv og utvikle rollen som Office Assistant. Vi sitter i flotte lokaler sentralt i Oslo sentrum med gode fasiliteter som takterrasse, treningsrom og hyggelige fellesareal. Vi er opptatt av helsen til våre ansatte og tilbyr privattimer med personlig trener som kommer innom oss på kontoret hver uke. Vi har sosiale arrangement og firmaturer, samt fri lunsj i personalrestaurant.
