En tant que Office Manager, vous êtes le trait d'union entre votre équipe, vos clients et les candidats :

  1. Vous connaissez votre région et vous y êtes présent : en répertoriant les prospects et les clients auxquels vous rendez également visite, mais également en créant un réseau de relations proactif ;
  2. Vous établissez des relations avec la clientèle et entretenez celles-ci en restant à l'écoute de vos clients et en anticipant activement leurs besoins en personnel ;
  3. Vous encadrez, dirigez et motivez votre équipe : vous tirez le meilleur parti de leur talent commercial et instaurez une communication optimale au sein de l'agence ;
  4. Vous veillez à ce que l'agence fonctionne de manière structurée, vous vous concentrez chaque jour sur les priorités et visez constamment à fournir un service de qualité ;
  5. Vous travaillez bien entendu aussi dans l'agence et assurez le coaching de nos intérimaires ;
  6. Vous supervisez l'ensemble, établissez chaque année un plan commercial pour votre région et assurez un suivi scrupuleux des objectifs définis.

Bref, en votre qualité d'Office Manager, vous dirigez votre agence avec passion et motivation et vous veillez à ce qu'il règne une bonne ambiance au sein de celle-ci.

Vous êtes un professionnel de l'action : Vous allez droit au but, vous êtes capable de faire naître instantanément un sourire sur les lèvres de votre équipe, de vos clients et des candidats sans perdre de vue la qualité de votre travail.

Vous faites preuve de positivité et de ténacité : vous êtes un gestionnaire de personnes qui donne l'exemple à son équipe afin de maintenir celle-ci motivée et vous possédez une capacité d'évaluation - une empathie suffisante pour atteindre vos objectifs.

Vous êtes une personne proactive et audacieuse : vous nouez facilement des contacts grâce à votre personnalité positive, commerciale et chaleureuse. Susciter l'enthousiasme du client et prendre des initiatives font partie de votre ADN.
