Account Manager Sprinkler

Tyco Building Services Products (Norway) AS, fusjonert med Johnson Controls, trenger å forsterke laget med nok en medarbeider for å ivareta kunder på en best mulig måte. Derfor søker vi etter en teknisk uteselger.
Som Tycos Account Manager må du være strukturert og selvstendig i forbindelse med kunde- og salgsmøter. Du må ha god teknisk kompetanse innenfor sprinkler eller forutsetninger for å tilegne deg den kunskapen relativt raskt. Du må trives med til tider hektiske dager, samt inneha evnen til å jobbe målrettet og strukturert. Det er viktig at du har et utpreget godt humør og en positiv innstilling ovenfor dine kunder og kollegaer.

Din hverdag vil består av:
- Du vil være ansvarlig for å ivareta og videreutvikle en godt etablert kundemasse
- Til enhver tid være oppdatert på nye prosjekter for å tilrettelegge for systemsalg
- Tett kontakt med konsulenter for løsningsvalg i kommende prosjekter
- Se behov/produktutvikling og skape trender i markedet i tett dialog med vår tekniske avdeling.
- Organisere og lede seminarer og kurs
- Lage en strategisk account-plan i samråd med de største kundene som beskriver målsetning og tiltak, med formål om en økt omsetning og kundetilfredshet
- Hele tiden ha mersalg i bakhode, med fokus på gode løsninger
- Følge opp tilbud og prosjekter
- Koordinere prosjektutførelse med planleggere, hoved- og underentreprenører
- Være en relasjonsbygger som skaper tillit hos kunden
Ferdigheter og erfaring:
- Det vil være en fordel å ha teknisk utdannelse innen rørfaget med hovedfokus på sprinkler, og/eller erfaring som konsulent eller rørlegger med bestått FG eksamen for sprinkelinstallasjon/prosjektering
- Produktkunnskap og erfaring innen brannsikringsvirksomhet
- Erfaring fra salg er en fordel, men ingen forutsetning
- God norsk- og engelskferdigheter (muntlig og skriftlig)
- Evne til å samarbeide godt med arkitekter, ingeniører, investorer og hovedentreprenører
- Utadvent, resultatorientert og selvgående
