As a Sales Development Representative on our Sales Team, you'll play a vital role in driving this mission forward.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the German market
- Establish and maintain a strong call and email presence to advance leads through the Sales funnel
- Effectively utilize HubSpot, Salesloft, Cognism, and other tools to monitor and report your daily activities and results
- Collaborate with Account Executives to drive mutual success and achievement
- Stay current with Kindly's products and services
- Embark on continuous learning journeys to enhance your skills in a high-performing sales role
Your Background
- A motivated individual with a growth-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for Sales
- Passionate about building meaningful relationships and driven to excel in Sales
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting via email and phone
- Ambitious to consistently meet and exceed targets
- Committed to ongoing learning and growth, with a willingness to receive coaching from our Sales experts
- Fluent in German and English (a third language is an asset)
