As a Sales Development Representative on our Sales Team, you'll play a vital role in driving this mission forward.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the German market
  2. Establish and maintain a strong call and email presence to advance leads through the Sales funnel
  3. Effectively utilize HubSpot, Salesloft, Cognism, and other tools to monitor and report your daily activities and results
  4. Collaborate with Account Executives to drive mutual success and achievement
  5. Stay current with Kindly's products and services
  6. Embark on continuous learning journeys to enhance your skills in a high-performing sales role

Your Background

  • A motivated individual with a growth-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for Sales
  • Passionate about building meaningful relationships and driven to excel in Sales
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting via email and phone
  • Ambitious to consistently meet and exceed targets
  • Committed to ongoing learning and growth, with a willingness to receive coaching from our Sales experts
  • Fluent in German and English (a third language is an asset)
