About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team as a Commercial Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, executing strategic sales initiatives, and maintaining a strong pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- You will develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and introduce enterprise solutions.
- Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to deal closure and post-sale expansion efforts (excluding renewals).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert SME prospects through proactive outreach, inbound inquiries, and targeted sales efforts.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and introduce enterprise solutions.
Requirements:
- Over 1 year in B2B SaaS sales with closing responsibility and a strong business understanding.
- Strong ability to manage expectations, to present solutions and build relationships.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a strong business acumen and excellent sales skills.
- Is a team player with strong people skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Is fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
