We are seeking a highly motivated Sales professional to join our commercial team as an Account Executive. As a Sales expert at Quanta, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through the development and execution of sales strategies.
About the Role:- This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a dynamic company and contribute to its growth and success.
You will have a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to SMB and Mid-Market customers in Europe. Key aspects of this role include identifying and engaging new business opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Manage the sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and deliver seamless onboarding experiences.
- Represent Quanta at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- At least 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on the SMB market in SaaS or tech solutions.
- A proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships while exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A relentless work ethic, resilience, and the ability to handle setbacks while staying focused on long-term goals.
- Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in cybersecurity or related tech sectors.
- A history of success in start-up or scale-up environments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and sales methodologies such as SPIN or SPICED.
