Job Summary

The Food and Beverage Sales Development Specialist role at Tetra Pak involves driving service sales and support in Norway, focusing on strategic and operational customers. This position requires strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills to provide value-added solutions to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and understand customer needs from a services perspective through structured communication
- Deliver net sales targets in your area of expertise and allocated customer accounts
- Drive opportunity management, create solutions, quote and present to customers with a value selling approach

Requirements
- Experience from the food processing industry, preferably with technical education/degree as foundation
- Strong technical understanding to discuss maintenance and production matters with site managers
- Sales experience or equivalent customer relations experience
- Great communication skills and ability to push your own agenda and drive it to completion
