We are seeking a highly skilled Language Teacher Onboarding Specialist to join our team at The Educational Equality Institute. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a meaningful impact in the lives of Ukrainians while developing valuable skills and experience.

About the Role:

The Language Teacher Onboarding Specialist will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless integration of new language teachers into our organization. This includes coordinating training on classroom management and teaching techniques, providing guidance on organization policies and procedures, serving as a point of contact for new hires, and maintaining accurate records of employee onboarding and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training sessions for new language teachers on effective classroom management and teaching techniques.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of organization policies and procedures to provide expert guidance to new hires.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new language teachers, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with new hires to ensure they feel supported and confident in their roles.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee onboarding, training, and performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in onboarding, training, or human resources.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Familiarity with educational technology and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
