Job Title: Debt Listing Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Debt Listing Advisor to join our team at Euronext. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our debt listing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process bond listing applications on the Oslo Børs and Nordic ABM markets.
  • Liaise with financial intermediaries and issuers to verify and extract data from documents.
  • Verify and extract data from documents received for upload to local data management systems.
  • Publish listing documents on the website of Oslo Børs.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Norwegian and professional proficiency in English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong administrative, data entry, and general IT skills.
  • Proven query management, communication, and business writing skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to put clients first.
  • Collaborative approach with strong ability to work well with other team members across cultures.
  • Knowledge/experience of financial products and securities markets will be a distinct advantage.

Location: The position is located at Oslo Børs in Oslo and reports to the Regulatory Services Manager in Dublin and the Head of Equity Listing Nordics in Oslo.
