As a Senior Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving our expansion by developing and implementing innovative strategies for acquiring new clients in the French and European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic client acquisition plans to drive business growth
* Identify and engage high-potential prospects, serving as the initial point of contact with decision-makers across various sectors
* Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to influence and drive business opportunities
* Lead efforts to identify new accounts, create prospect lists, and qualify leads through various channels
* Define and refine outreach strategies, overseeing BDR outreach projects and applying a structured process to enhance lead generation and client engagement
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform your approach to prospecting and client engagement

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within a consulting firm, IT services company, or similar sector
* Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential, as you'll be interacting with clients globally
* Dynamic and autonomous, with a strong ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Entrepreneurial spirit, with a hunter mentality and a relentless drive to succeed
* Creative problem-solver, with a passion for working in an international environment and achieving ambitious goals
