About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at FORCES DC. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and growth within our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Advocacy: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and goals, and provide tailored solutions to drive their success.
  2. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for growth within our platform and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with customers, and provide regular updates on account health and progress.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Manage and analyze account data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Previous account management experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
  2. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  3. Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
