The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve technical issues and service requests from clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and prioritize tickets based on client requirements and urgency.
- Provide expert support services to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Assist clients with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform basic administration tasks on Windows operating systems.
- Support clients with IT infrastructure issues, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting.
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless support delivery and excellent client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in providing field support in IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Proficient in desk-side support and PC break/fix, including comfort with Windows O/S.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft desktop software and wireless networking.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
