About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Oslo and help us build our B2B department while maintaining and expanding our expertise in B2C projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver exceptional B2B and B2C event and brand experience projects from concept to execution.
  • Develop and grow the B2B department, identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and creating innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams across Le Pacte to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment with the company's vision.
  • Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
  • Inspire creativity, both within your team and in the projects you lead, leveraging your understanding of cutting-edge trends and technologies.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management within the event and brand experience industry.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and a knack for creativity.
  • Knowledge: A deep understanding of B2B event strategies and the unique demands of B2C campaigns.
  • Drive: A passion for innovation, collaboration, and delivering impactful experiences.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Norwegian (written and spoken).
  • Network: An established network of potential customers and strong knowledge of suppliers within the industry.
