About the Position

Salesforce Norway is looking for a talented Account Executive to manage a mix of net new business and account management aligned to a territory and account plan.

This role involves working closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted digital advisor to deeply understand their company challenges and goals.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Account Planning and Strategies: Develops plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities.
  • Research and Discovery: Uncovers a prospect's current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.
  • Solutioning: Identifies compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
  • Customer Communication: Interacts with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using various communication methods and tools.
  • Resource Application: Effectively utilizes available resources and tools to drive results.
  • Team Selling: Aligns with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.
  • Language Requirements: Fluent in Norwegian and English, with the right to work in Norway.
