Public Sector Growth Manager

We are seeking a Public Sector Growth Manager to accelerate the adoption of MuleSoft within the public sector in Norway and Iceland. This role involves driving sales growth, building lasting relationships with government customers, and leading all aspects of the sales process from strategic account planning to closing.
The ideal candidate will be an outcomes-oriented, highly collaborative individual with an entrepreneurial spirit. They should be able to demonstrate their ability to work in a cross-functional selling team and team-sales environment, while also being responsible for managing their own territory.
Responsibilities:- Create and implement effective territory and account plans for your region and customer base.
- Develop a deep understanding of Government and Public Sector customers' needs and challenges.
- Position MuleSoft's unique capabilities to address the specific needs of government entities and help organisations change and innovate faster.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales.
- Co-sell effectively with Salesforce Cloud Sales Executives and other cross-functional teams to maximise MuleSoft's impact within government accounts.
