Key Responsibilities
  • Client-facing role, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs.
  • Discovery, scoping, and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions that drive business value.
  • Collaboration with project teams to customize, develop, and extend Dynamics 365 CE and utilize the Power Platform to meet client needs.
  • Actively participating across all project phases, including plan, analyze, design, build, and test.
  • Commitment to professional development, actively obtaining relevant Power Platform and Dynamics CRM certifications.
  • Leadership opportunities, depending on seniority, to lead project teams with expertise and guidance.
Requirements
  • Experience working as a Functional CRM Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Technical experience and/or ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules, including CE, Sales, and/or Customer Service.
  • Great interpersonal skills and experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Fluent in any Scandinavian language and English.
