Sales Director Role OverviewThe Sales Director will play a critical role in driving IFS' success in the Nordic market, managing sales processes across various industries and coaching high-performing teams to achieve strategic targets.
Responsibilities- Drive strategic initiatives and achieve targets by representing IFS in the Nordic market.
- Manage sales processes across multiple industries, taking on a senior management role.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
- Proven expertise in ERP software solutions and experience in account and customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated success in demand generation, pipeline, and opportunity management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven history of hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Familiarity with complex sales cycles and large transactions in fast-moving markets.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to communicate effectively at C-level.
- Exceptional presentation and executive engagement skills, including fluency in business-level English and Norwegian language.
- In-depth knowledge of modern ERP systems and expertise in solution delivery or services selling.
