Sales Director Role Overview

The Sales Director will play a critical role in driving IFS' success in the Nordic market, managing sales processes across various industries and coaching high-performing teams to achieve strategic targets.

Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic initiatives and achieve targets by representing IFS in the Nordic market.
  • Manage sales processes across multiple industries, taking on a senior management role.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in ERP software solutions and experience in account and customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success in demand generation, pipeline, and opportunity management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven history of hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Familiarity with complex sales cycles and large transactions in fast-moving markets.
Preferred Attributes
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to communicate effectively at C-level.
  • Exceptional presentation and executive engagement skills, including fluency in business-level English and Norwegian language.
  • In-depth knowledge of modern ERP systems and expertise in solution delivery or services selling.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. IFS offers a competitive benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
