License Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled License Compliance Specialist to join our team at The Qt Company. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our software by educating customers on licensing requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Educate customers on licensing requirements and best practices through effective communication and training sessions.
- Ensure customer compliance with Qt software licensing terms and conditions by conducting regular audits and providing guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and escalate potential compliance issues.
- Analyze data on Qt usage and provide insightful reports on license management activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Law, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience using Microsoft Office suite, including Power BI and Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is an asset.
- Audit experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with software development tools, including IDEs and code repositories.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented and strong follow-through skills.
- A high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle multiple, high-urgency requests reliably and meet deadlines.
