Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled License Compliance Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with licensing terms and conditions, educating customers on licensing requirements and best practices, conducting license compliance audits, and collaborating with internal teams to minimize legal risk associated with non-compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on licensing requirements and best practices
  • Ensure customer's compliance with Qt software licensing terms and conditions
  • Conduct license compliance audits
  • Collaborate with internal teams on process identification and escalation
  • Do data analysis on Qt usage + reporting on license management activities
  • Provide excellent customer service and daily work includes strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Handles standard compliance cases independently
  • Collaborates with Sales and Legal teams on cross-team compliance matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/business, law, or a relevant field
  • Multiple years of experience using Microsoft suite of products including PowerBI and Excel
  • Experienced with Salesforce or other CRM system experience is a plus
  • Audit experience
  • Familiarity with software development tools, including IDEs and Code Repositories
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented and outstanding follow-through skills
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Ability to successfully handle multiple, high-urgency requests reliably and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with open-source software, third-party licensing, open-source approval processes, or license compliance governance is highly valued
