About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a Commercial Growth Manager to join our Gaming Division and drive revenue growth and expansion in the gaming industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the gaming industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the gaming industry, negotiating and closing contracts with new and existing advertisers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, provide input on new gaming product features and enhancements, and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop new products or services that meet industry needs, conducting user research and providing feedback on product design and functionality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience within the fields of sales, business development, marketing, or a similar role in the gaming industry preferably related to gaming advertising.
  • Existing solid network and connections within the gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
