Statkraft is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Products Market Analyst to join our Trading and Origination team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our US Environmental Products certificate/credit inventory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain financial, trading, and supply/demand models to provide insights on market trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with our Settlements and Risk teams to create, maintain, and improve proprietary portfolio management programs and tools.
- Support company-wide data management, Excel tools, and Python libraries.
- Collaborate with our Quant and Structuring team to develop and deploy models, and provide data-driven decision support to senior portfolio managers and management.
- Strong understanding of power system economics and fundamental models.
- Experience trading commodities among a US client-base.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
