Your Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Nurturing and growing your pipeline by running prospecting initiatives
  • Maintaining a consistent call and email volume to move leads down the sales funnel
  • Identifying new business opportunities in the German market
  • Using HubSpot, Salesloft, Cognism, and other tools to track and report daily activities
  • Partnering with Account Executives to work together towards common goals
  • Staying up-to-date on Kindly's products and services
  • Participating in ongoing training to learn best practices and develop revenue-driving skills

Requirements

  • You're enthusiastic, have a positive attitude, and are curious about sales and building relationships
  • You're familiar with outbound prospecting via email and phone
  • You're ambitious to meet and exceed targets
  • You're willing to learn something new every day and be coached by our sales experts
  • You're fluent in German and English (a third language is a plus)
