Senior Sales Development Specialist

Vi søker en fremoverlent og analytisk Senior Specialist Sales Enablement til Circle K Norge AS.
Stillingen innebærer å jobbe tett med salgsteamene for å sikre at vi kontinuerlig forbedrer oss, samtidig som du er med på å utvikle og kommersialisere morgendagens løsninger for våre bedriftskunder.
Arbeidsoppgavene er mange og varierte i en givende og hektisk arbeidshverdag.
Ansvarsområder:- Støtte og utvikle B2B salgsorganisasjonen med gode verktøy og prosesser gjennom å ta eierskap til våre salgsverktøy og sikre gode prosesser for effektivt salg.
- Gjennomføre analyser og innsiktsarbeid for å optimalisere salgsprosessen og følge opp tiltak.
- Proaktivt identifisere og utvikle salgsaktiviteter for å støtte opp under våre mål.
- Prosjektleder og eier for salgsdrivende prosjekter.
- Proaktivt sikre gode leads til salget gjennom marked- og segmentanalyser og partnersamarbeid.
- Bistå i akselereringen av digitalt salg og lead generering.
- Delta i arbeidsgrupper som sikrer etterlevelse av GDPR, AML, ISO sertifisering og konsesjoner.
- Delta i europeiske nettverk for samarbeid og erfaringsutveksling.
- Delta/Lede utviklingsprosjekter og produktimplementering og sikre gode løsninger for både kunder og kollegaer.
- Utforme og koordinere "Go-To-Market" planer for nye løsninger for våre kunder og ha eierskap til måloppnåelse.
- Selvgående og drivende med sterk gjennomføringsevne og høy arbeidskapasitet.
- Har sterke analytiske evner og erfaring med analyser og innsiktsarbeid.
- Strukturert og ryddig.
- Har evne til å samarbeide og engasjere og å bygge gode relasjoner.
- Har god formidlingsevne og evner å selge inn budskapet ditt til små og store målgrupper.
- Lærer raskt og forstår kundebehov.
- Har godt humør, stort engasjement og evne til å påvirke ditt arbeidsmiljø med positive og inspirerende holdninger.
- Høyere relevant utdannelse.
- 3 – 5 års arbeidserfaring.
- Fordel med erfaring med Microsoft Power BI analyseverktøy, Salesforce, Microsoft Office verktøy.
- Erfaring med prosjektmetode og prosjektledelse.
- Gode norsk- og engelskkunnskaper, både skriftlig og muntlig.
