Product Guide Role Summary:

The Product Guide is the face of the Arc'teryx brand on the retail floor, delivering an exceptional customer experience through sharing technical product knowledge and resolving guest issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a Best-in-Class Brand Experience: Share product information with guests, provide solutions to problems, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Building Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Arc'teryx products and seamlessly integrate this knowledge into guest interactions.
  • Championing the Arc'teryx Brand: Represent the brand as an ambassador, both in-store and in the community, embodying the company's values and mission.
  • Personal and Professional Development: Pursue growth opportunities, seek feedback, and celebrate the achievements of colleagues.
  • Elevating the Guest Experience: Collaborate with the store leadership team on initiatives to improve the shopping experience and drive sales.
  • Maintaining a Positive Store Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive work atmosphere, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to guests, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.

Availability and Work Schedule:

  • Available for a minimum of one open, one close, and one weekend shift per week.
  • Must be flexible to meet business needs, which may change over time.
  • Full-time (30-40 hours/week, 5 days/week) or part-time (10-30 hours/week, 2-4 days/week) schedule.
