About the Role

As a seasoned Account Executive at Simployer AS, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in Norway. You will be responsible for showcasing our AI-powered HR solutions to potential clients and driving exciting discussions that lead to contract signing.

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual who can take the initiative to proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media. You should have excellent sales expertise and be able to evaluate leads and identify real sales potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Process Management: Independently manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while showcasing our AI-powered HR solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Take the initiative to proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media to build relationships and create new opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Use your sales expertise to engage with clients and drive exciting discussions that lead to contract signing.
  • Product Knowledge: Dive deep into our product offerings so you can effectively communicate the unique value of our HR tech solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted strategies that will grow Simployer's presence in the Norwegian market.
