
Commercial Development Manager

Job Description
The Senior Client Relationship Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services/products to clients.
Responsibilities
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute commercial strategies to generate new business and deepen strategic relationships with clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the management level through client networks and other channels.
- Product Development: Support the development of new products and maintenance of existing products in line with client requirements.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that our services/products meet those expectations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a product management, business development, or sales support role.
- Expert knowledge of Euronext's market model, rule book, service offer, the buy-side and sell-side landscape.
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the client's organization.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills, an ability to combine attention to detail with the wider strategic view.
- Rigorous project management skills: ability to leverage internal and external relationships, autonomy, and determination to drive forward projects.
- Collaborative, open, pragmatic, customer-oriented, and numbers-driven approach to work.
- Pan-European business experience – developing products in multiple geographic locations.
