
Commercial Development Leader

As a member of our Commercial Development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of eMobility at TN Norway. We are seeking a talented Business Development Expert - eMobility to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.
In this role, you will develop strategies and processes for our eMobility tenders and public grants opportunities, working in close collaboration with our business units across Europe. This is an opportunity for a strategic-minded problem-solver to support our growth journey by developing efficient structures and ways of working within large Tenders & Grants processes across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tender strategies aligned with eMobility goals.
- Maintain a comprehensive roadmap of European tenders to optimize participation through cross-functional communication.
- Identify and leverage European public funding opportunities.
- Support business units by providing tools and guidance for navigating local eMobility tenders.
- Standardize tender processes to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth business case analyses for both new ventures and existing operations.
- Stay updated on eMobility market trends and collaborate with internal departments to align product offerings with market demands.
- Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across business units.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in business development, commercial development, consultancy, tender management, or similar roles. Experience across various sectors is highly valued, with a particular emphasis on familiarity with the international eMobility landscape. A strong business acumen, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills, is essential.
