Customer Success Account Manager: Internship Opportunities

About the Opportunity

As a Customer Success Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in building and executing shared plans with customers, managing customer executive relationships, and enabling customers to use their benefits effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your technical knowledge to identify opportunities and address customer concerns, working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders, including IT Directors, CTOs, and CIOs, to drive strategic alignment and support contract utilization.
  • Capture and communicate customer insights to sellers, identifying revenue opportunities and driving support growth.
  • Collaborate with the Account Team to develop a deep understanding of customer business and technical objectives, ensuring seamless coordination and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with at least one semester/quarter remaining after internship.
  • Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages.
  • 60% working onsite in the office.
  • Legally authorized to work in Norway.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for technology and customer obsession.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Technical Certification in Cloud technology (e.g., Azure) preferred but not required.
