We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our legal team at Opera Browser. As a process-oriented administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our rapidly expanding business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Collaborate with our lawyers and commercial stakeholders worldwide to manage our contracting process, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
  • Business Records Management: Oversee the retention and organization of business records, providing information as needed to support critical business processes.
  • Legal Process Support: Assist our lawyers in carrying out compliance, due diligence, and regulatory activities.
  • General Administration: Facilitate signatures, notarization, apostille, couriers, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written;
  • A university or college degree, as well as significant digital literacy (Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based systems);
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in an administrative or similar position;
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a structured and organized manner;
  • The capacity to work independently, proactively identifying and completing tasks; and
  • A friendly, outgoing ability to work with stakeholders from a wide variety of cultures.
