Job Description

Manage the entire independent partner journey from start to finish, including acquisition, growth, development, and performance across Outbound Sales and Partner Growth management teams.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the Independent Partner team:
    • Develop and implement strategies for optimal partner growth and development.
    • Drive performance across Outbound Sales and Partner Growth management teams.
  • Strategy and Market Mapping:
    • Analyse the Norway and Denmark markets to identify opportunities for growth and build plans for optimum results.
  • Leadership and Management:
    • Set vision, ambition, and provide necessary resources for success.
    • Lead with trust and share our values.
  • Requirements:
    • Solid experience in Sales and partner retention is essential.
    • In-depth knowledge of the food sector is beneficial.
    • Strong leadership skills with a track record in building trust and helping team members achieve their goals.
    • Experience leading remote teams within a matrix organisational structure is beneficial.
    • Strong capabilities on Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets are essential.
    • Ability to thrive in environments with freedom and accountability, enjoy setting ambitious goals, and consistently over-perform.
    • Developed a sales function in a fast-growing business, continually seeking better ways of working based on various sales methodologies.
    • Believe in preparation and anticipation, setting the bar higher for previous teams.
    • Highly organised, able to build structures and processes meeting business needs.
    • Commercially astute with proven problem-solving and influencing skills, drawing on these skills to set the bar high and drive team performance.
    • Make-it-happen person, excited to roll up your sleeves.
    • Able to travel to Copenhagen at least once per month.
