Opportunity for Key Account Management

TN Norway is seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager. The role involves commercial development of Key Partners in the Industrial Distribution segment.

You will work closely with our Nordic Sales Manager, the Nordic Sales Team, and European colleagues to achieve success in this position.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales and manage profitability of Key Accounts by commercializing business through close cooperation with key stakeholders.
  • Implement the European segment strategy at Key Partners.
  • Plan, agree, and follow through on the annual action plan with Key Partners.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to build and lead accounts and annual budget targets to support the deployment of the Key Account plan.
  • Lead the strategic development of Key Accounts by setting sales, growth, and profitability targets with the Sales Manager.
  • Identify new opportunities, manage, and implement projects and sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of marketing as a tool to grow presence with partners and make high-quality products available in the right channels and platforms.
  • An agile mindset, capable of interchanging between strategic approach and operational implementation.
  • Natural drive, proactive, and structured approach, along with expert communication skills to ensure partners receive the highest level of attention, support, and push when needed.
  • At least 5 years of sales and/or marketing background (preferably experience working with distributors).
  • Expert negotiator, finding best solutions for involved parties.
  • Strong digital mindset and capabilities (inc. Office applications).
  • Naturally open-minded and takes an agile approach.
  • Self-motivated, working from home base.
  • Excellent language and presentation skills in Norwegian and/or Swedish and English.
  • Ready to travel up to 50 days per year.
