Key Responsibilities:
In the role of Sales Supporter, you will be instrumental in assisting our Sales Team with various tasks to ensure seamless operations. Your primary duties will encompass:

Supporting the generation of qualified leads. Efficiently preparing and submitting freight quotations and tenders based on your experience level, with appropriate follow-ups. Meeting assigned targets and deadlines as required. Keeping abreast of competitive landscape and market trends, providing insights as necessary. Assisting the Sales Team with customer inquiries and delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideally, you possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar capacity, depending on your skills and background. You are results-driven, diligent, and a self-motivated individual with a solid grasp of the logistics sector. You can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, showcasing strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. You exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in both Norwegian and English are essential.
