About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Solution Engineer to join our team in Norway. As a key member of our technical staff, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by developing and executing strategic plans to sell our products and services.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that align with company goals.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to identify new business opportunities.
- Solution Development: Design and implement tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Team Collaboration: Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to enhance overall team performance.
About You
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales engineering/solution architect roles within SaaS environments or relevant industries (analytics, data science, data engineering, etc).
- Strong Communication: Excellent presentation skills to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technology Expertise: Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and modern data technologies (dbt, spark, containers, devops tooling, orchestration tools, git, etc.).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
