Eosol Group is seeking a highly skilled Ground Works Project Manager to lead the construction of a new metro station in Oslo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operational management of the project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and implement detailed plans, including resource allocation, to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
- Subcontractor Management: Oversee the management of subcontractors, including financial management, site progress, and personnel responsibility.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest quality and safety standards, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project, ensuring that all necessary measures are taken to minimize their impact.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management, subcontractors, and other project team members.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Engineer or civil engineer degree, with documented experience in similar projects.
- Experience: Minimum 3-7 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in ground works and construction.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Norwegian and English, with desirable knowledge of Spanish.
