We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to drive the implementation of our innovative solutions within our Product & Tech landscape. As a key person in this role, you will provide technical management and ensure alignment with business objectives. This is a crucial position for LoyaltyCo AS where you will work with an ambitious and energetic team while building the future of loyalty programs.

This role involves leading complex IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution, planning, and resource management. You will be responsible for understanding the impact of different decisions the organisation makes and ensuring alignment between Product & Tech and the rest of the organisation. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between partners and development teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and strengthening relationships with both existing and new partners.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will adapt to changes and challenges while maintaining a strong focus on quality and delivery. You will participate in strategic discussions to drive innovation and expand service offerings. Your experience in IT/software project management, combined with product management or business development, will be invaluable in this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and executive leadership. A solid business understanding, with the capability to see the broader picture and align technical strategies to support overarching business objectives, is also essential. Good communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language are required. To succeed in this role, you will be proactive, take ownership, and have a strong ability to identify challenges and create innovative solutions that balance technical requirements with business needs.
