The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to join our team in Norway. As a key member of our Nordic sales team, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and promote the value proposition of Superb's platform. You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of our solutions. If you are passionate about the hospitality industry, enjoy building relationships, and have a proven track record of sales success, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  1. Pursue new business opportunities in the Norwegian market.
  2. Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of Superb's solutions.
  4. Manage sales activities, track progress, and analyze results using Hubspot.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a closing sales role.
  • Strong cold-calling skills with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and excellent English language skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations or a genuine interest in the industry is a plus.
  • Able to travel within Norway for customer meetings.
