
Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Nordic sales team, focusing on growing our customer base and revenue in Norway. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach, prospecting, building relationships, and signing up new restaurateurs in their territory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing Superb to all restaurants in their territory, overseeing the sales cycle from prospect to close, and achieving monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts. They will also need to understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Superb in the market.
To excel in this role, you should have +3 years of experience in a closing sales role, with evidence of success in cold-calling into various types of local businesses. Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus, as is genuine interest in the industry. Fluency in Norwegian is essential, and being based in or near Oslo is necessary for travel around the region.
