Job Summary

We are looking for a Document Management Specialist to support our projects with tasks under the domain of Document Control and Lifecycle Information (LCI). The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Quality checking, registering, and distributing documentation according to requirements
  • Maintaining document metadata
  • Exchanging and sending documentation to the customer's system
  • Attending and participating in LCI requirement activities
  • Ensuring timely and coordinated execution of identified LCI activities
  • Monitoring performance of LCI work in project organization
  • Coordinating and following up on delivery of Functional Requirements Brief (FRB) and Master Requirements Brief (MRB)
  • Verifying final LCI deliverables prior to handover to the Client
  • Advising project personnel on document management and LCI requirements

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in IFS software
