About the Job

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Tesla customers on a wide range of matters, resolving roadside, technical and service-related inquiries
  • Collaborating with a wide network of colleagues and departments locally and globally
  • Creating an experience where every Tesla customer feels valued, heard and informed
  • Being part of a brilliant team with the mind-set to grow and learn together
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in customer support
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
  • The ability to adapt quickly to new technology and systems
  • Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills
  • A passion for learning and growing
  • The ability to work in shifts, including weekends and varying hours
