Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the customer product return process and quality system, ensuring compliance with EU regulations.
  • Coordinate quality system audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Quality Management:

  • Sustain Eaton's local Quality System, providing guidance to colleagues on quality processes.
  • Engage with customers to address quality concerns.
  • Liaise with DNV (ISO 9001) for audits and certifications.
  • Collaborate with Nordic countries on quality system initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of certifications and system updates.
  • Oversee general administration and reporting duties.

Return Management:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding returns and claims.
  • Manage the physical return process, coordinating with EU sites as needed.
  • Promote process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
