We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Director of Intelligence and Security Operations. This role will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise to support the development and execution of exercises and training events for NATO and international clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic advice and guidance on matters concerning national intelligence and security policy.
- Develop and present plans for national intelligence and security operations.
- Coordinate operational intelligence and security matters within the exercise control team.
- Act as the focal point for the training audience for intelligence and security service matters during exercise preparation and execution.
- 5 years of operational intelligence experience in police and internal security matters at the national and international level.
- 3 years of experience briefing senior leaders/decision makers at the governance level in a national or multinational environment.
- Participation in NATO and/or international strategic planning exercises and operations as intelligence SME.
- University/Bachelor's Degree.
- Business English.
- Remote work may be requested on an ad-hoc basis.
- Each exercise support requirement is anticipated to be 5 to 15 working days per event.
- On-site work, unless otherwise specified, with up to 12-hour days.
- Travel costs to and from your home location to participate in the activity will be covered by the company.
